Hulk Hogan Wishes To Win The TNA Championship

It’s a good thing for TNA Wrestling fans that Hulk Hogan was more naughty than nice in 2012. Because at the top of Hogan’s Christmas wish list is a run as TNA Impact Wrestling world heavyweight champion which already has a ton of wrestling fans in panic mode.

Personally I think more is being made of this revelation than needs to be but it is certainly worth blogging about. The Guardian in the United Kingdom had a piece entitled Celebrity Christmas wish lists. Hogan was featured as part of the promotion for TNA Wrestling: British Boot Camp and one of his wishes caused a bit of stir over the weekend with wrestling fans throughout social media.

“Knee surgery I’ve had eight back surgeries, I’ve had knee replacements, I’ve had both hip replacements. I only need one more surgery – to fix my right knee – then I’m going to go for the TNA world title. I want to be 59 years old and be the champion.”

Yikes! As I said earlier, the social media world went nuts over the weekend with fans already protesting the idea of Hogan booking himself on top with the TNA championship. Well I am here to tell all of you panicked fans that it is okay to get off the ledge because I think the chances of this happening are incredibly slim.

Has anyone seen Hogan walk lately? It is sad to say but the man can barely move. I am in pain watching him wince as he walks slowly towards the ring in the Impact Zone. A recent report indicated that Hogan turned down a big money deal from Mexico to wrestle because he just can’t do it. Hogan has flirted with the idea of wrestling a few times since his final match in TNA but when push more
